Hotel Minerva Grand

Firstly, the room service folks was rushing me into finishing my dinner ... and insisted on accessing the room and clearing the dishes at 11 pm !!!! Not at all acceptable for the guest door to be knocked on at 11 pm. Secondly, one of the front desk was outright inquisitively rude as to who the other guest accompanying was ... despite that guest having her own room ... the nature of query was downright disgusting and does not reflect professionalism at all ... i infact did register my complaint at the front desk the next day morning ... but no apologies, and no action. Doubtful, if i will choose to stay in this hotel again ... despite it being in one of best locations within Hyderabad.

It is a good place to stay. It is a 3 star hotel. All the facilities were good and upto the mark. nice experience.

Very good hotel at a great location. They also have a pure veg coffee shop which solves the food problem for all the vegetarian guests staying at the hotel. Staff, service, facilities everything is upto the mark

The hotel is great in terms of Cleanliness and front desk. The housekeeping is gteat. What I found disappointing was alternative like packed sandwich omlette , in case you check oit at say 5AM.

Location is good to attend nearby offices. Food is good, amenities and services are good. Only thing that pest treatment should be done. Finally I have to use All Out.

Hi, the price paid for the room was very high. The hotel did not have facility to serve tea till 7am in the morning, which is strange where other restaurants at this price point serve 24x7. Otherwise the rooms were clean and decent. If priced 3k... would be very good.

Clean spacious rooms, hospitable staff, in room service or housekeeping and of course - smooth check in and check out. Breakfast can be improved not a decent spread like their other units maybe it’s because of the conference room converted breakfast area. Not advisable if your business visits are away from the city otherwise perfect location.

Check in: contacting property was easy and also when we arrived it was late night and it was a hassle free check in. Room: it was very clean and bathroom was clean too. Service: at Reception people were good. What we felt can be logical and improved: since it is a 2 occupancy room, water toiletries are kept for one person only. Hot water is not that great to take bath. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Minerva Grand for 2 nights.

I stayed for 5 days the property was well located and the food amenities and services was also superb 👍

Excellent and decent hotel. It is in the heart of the city and easily accessible. They have their own BluevFox restaurant located next to the hotel. Rooms are clean, maintenance is good, and room service is very good.

Good house keeping, quality food and remarkable facilities

finding the location is pretty easy as it is located in prime area , the food was pretty good , amenities are well provided , the services are well up to the mark.had a good stay and staff was friendly.

Minerva Grand Himayatnagar is decent hotel located in the prime area of Himayat Nagar. Rooms are good and nicely maintained. What stands out is the food. It’s coffee shop offers awesome South Indian delicacies

Good hotel , have maintained their standards over the years . Food is good if you are use to spice levels . Buffet breakfast is decent but can do better by serving th in bags hot and being a little flexible upon guest request .

Staff lack of basic courtesy and knowledge. Very slow or poor response. Smoking area is disturbing other guest as we faced issue. Furthermore it's overly priced.

Repair work going on. Staff courtesy needs improvement. Cleanliness needs improvement. The food is the only attraction
