washroom was sick, the flush was not working and we requested to change the room at 9pm, but they said they can't do it till next day morning 11am . we had to suffer all night. the cleanliness was very bad , we had to request them atleast 20 times to come and clean the room but they didn't turn up . the location is very good, but the service was pathetic.. I wish they improve it ASAP

Worst Experience i have ever faced,How dare and right you play with your customer life? i really shocked the property maintainence whenever i touch the bathroom tap, I will get an electric shock,even my mate too. Lift is not working,there is construction work going on and path way we went room is filled with cement dust water and look like slum street,water bottle is not available in room,Door lock is not working
