Hotel O Shree Shyam Palace

Hotel owner refused to provide a blanket on my need he said he could only provide one blanket on each bed, which caused issue for my family, also the hotel was not a neat and clean one, it was a very dirty place to stay

2 days not provided in airconditioner room. Room temperature so high i have requested but hotel manager told i have no ac room ac room is all book. I call make my trip then regulations 8-5-2024 time 1:30 provide in ac room. My booking in hotel 6-5-2024 but airconditioner room 8-5-2024 provide.
