Worst experience with no service at all.. the ambiance is worst and seems kind of scary and the recipient rejected to even provide water bottle even if we prefer to pay for it.. we will not be able to call reception once we reach the room cos there is not land line phone in room .. not even basics like towel and soaps are also not provided even upon asking.. no toilet paper n the AC in room gives a pool of water in the room cos water keeps flowing from ac whenever turned on making entire room wet including ur luggage.....overall dont go there its better to sleep on road.

Rating: 1/5 I had the misfortune of staying at this property, and my experience was nothing short of horrific. Here's a summary of my stay: Day 1: - Waited 30 minutes at reception before being attended to - Dirty bed sheets and covers - No soap provided; received used soap after requesting - No breakfast, despite being included in the package Day 2: - No water in the washroom; forced to use another room's facilities - No breakfast again - Power interruption; asked to use stairs, but waited over an hour for the key to unlock the gate The room charges were which was a complete rip-off considering the subpar service. The photos are misleading, and I suspect the 5-star reviews from guests who only stayed for a short duration. The receptionist was unprofessional and clueless, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Unless you want to have a horrible experience, I would strongly advise against staying at this property.

The hotel location is good and the hotel room was very clean. Stayed for 4 days at this hotel. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. There was a large table, cupboard and a small table beside the bed in the room. A calm and peaceful stay. Food delivery from swiggy, zomato or instamart is available. Ac, lights, exhaust, heater and fan were working very well. The bathroom was small, the tv was not working. There was no proper name board for the hotel, hence it was difficult for food delivery people to identify the hotel entrance. Overall a very good stay.
