Super Townhouse THE CINCO HOTEL NEAR ESI HOSPITAL ( SR NAGAR)

First of all it didn't had the name board of the cinco hotel and it took us 15 mins to find the hotel Then the rooms were so unhygienic, washroom and floor was full of cockraoches, bedding was so dirty and unwashed. The room was full of dust and mosquitoes. We were paying per night and unfortunately it wasn't worth it Also they didn't serve any breakfast as was mentioned in the booking It was so uncomfortable to stay their with my daughter. Also they charged rs 1500/- for checking out at 7 pm instead of 11am.

I really had bad experience at hotel. The rooms are not clean and there is water shortage. The staff dont have proper customer service. They didnt provide complimentary breakfast also

Get ready for a bitter experience. Starting from reception. Only advantage is location of the property. All other things below average. It was my 4th stay with family in the hotel in the last two years, but every second time my experience is declining. Get ready to stay with Cockroch, mosquito, compromise with quality of bed, AC cooling, bad smelling toilet. Can not buy outside food but can't be comfortable with inside food. A bottle of sealed water 30.00. Unhygienic loose drinking water if you take from dinning. Don't wish to stay there again.

Location is good, rest is mid. If you're planning for a budget trip, you can consider this hotel. Very basic, but won't hurt your pocket either.

The room walls were very dirty and I asked for a room change and the next room they provided was also in the same condition. The bed sheets and pillow covers were grey instead of white and old. Overall the room looked dirty and cheap

amenities are not so good hotel was fine but the bedsheets were not that clean AC was not working when asked to the staff he said because of winter session we offed it
