The worst hotel I have ever seen everything is very Bad even I got a non ac room but I booked a ac room the worst experience I ever had

Room was in a very terrible condition and washroom was horrible very dirty ill not recommend anyone to stay there

with spider jala, khatmal etc,. firstly hotel not given ac room as per booking and ask to he received booking from oyo and as per oyo - guest booking is non ac. in this communication with mmt and oyo and hotel staffs i have wasted my more than 1 hour time. shocking time at that, after confirmation by mmt to given extra cost to hotel, hotel staff dinay that now ac room is not available.......🤬. ok now when i agree to give me non ac because at that time no choice with customer. in side of situation is very horrible.... spider and khatmal inside the rooms and near bed. water sillan in vertical diwar and back side of bed. bathroom camod also check and sewage smel comes from them. water bucket and mag also very dirty (as per picture) so i have cancelled my bathing in same o aura places deluxe. i have taken another hotel for 19th night without mmt booking and freshup and bathing done in another hotel. i am very much disappointed of this hotel. please look into this and thougt seriously 😳 thanks and regards.

room is very bad smell.no ac . water also bad smell.bed and pillow bad smell.totaly not worth it.wash room very poor

L reached the aforementioned hotel around 23:15 hrs on 2nd feb. L was told there is water problem and l must change the hotel by contacting makemytrip (as l booked using this app) the receptionists were busy in consumption of alcohol and chicken and wasted my one hour. Lt was really pathetic of the management to not intimate me about the existing problem in providing accomodation even when l called earlier to confirm the facilities.

The people of the place were very much polite and cooperative. I will give 6 out of 5 for their behaviour.

My stay was terrible because hotel take extra money when i reach at hotel. They took rs. 1200 more from me and give some excuse like that their room rate are higher then shows on app. This is very inappropriate you have to take some seriously action about this issue. Just because i have believe on mmt that they resolve this issue that's why i write this review for you that you help customers like me thanks.

I never even seen such a poor hotel

Bed cover, blanket was not clean. Guestroom telephone was not available. TV wiring was open. Ac temperature adjust button was not working. My overall experience to this hotel was very bad.

Room was not good, room service was not good, even we have to call 4-5 time to get water. Breakfast was not given as per management kitchen service is not available that time. Toilet, towel were not clean.

In breakfast they have nothing. They did not give anything. I had to give a full day payment for early check-in it was said a part of the basic fee will be charged. After check-in, they said that payment is not confirmed from MMT and they just argue.

Very old type of bed and all bed sheet towel room service system.
