Hotel Anand - 5 Minutes from NDLS Station

Location is good, 5 minute walking distance from r k ashram metro station. Room are comfortable in range.

I recently stayed at Hotel Anand in Paharganj, and my experience was quite disappointing. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall stay was marred by several issues. The rooms were infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The washroom was another major concern—no ventilation and a persistent unpleasant odor, which made it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the staff was slow to respond to requests, showing little urgency or care for guest concerns. To top it off, the hotel charges an extra for early check-in, which felt unreasonable given the subpar conditions. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Anand unless significant improvements are made to address these issues.

Everything is good but the blanket has some spots and the overall experience was good. an overall food experience is nice . I ordered a Veg Biryani having a good test

room was ok ... requires some major maintenance work... food & service were good and prompt, overall pleasent stay

Room size very small even I booked classic trible bedroom, floor not clean inside the room. Daily room cleaning not done. Cupboard and wardrobe not inside the room. balcony view not in this hotel. The old hotel alter in front view is good, but inside is terrific. Floor not infront of toilet. the hotel situated in very crowded market area.

No wardrobe,Poor Service,No Cleaning, Nothing helps you receive from the hotel side,not that they called for a taxi and for an extra 5 to 10 min they charged 500rs

The caretaker's behaviour is not good. They don't know how to behave with guests. There is no hospitality.

Hotel rooms are just opposite to what seen in the MMT app. i booked rooms for double bed deluxe and they gave me small mini room with no fix connections on ac and light off buttons. bucket of bathroom is as dirty as bucket of any bus stand depot toilet.

location exactly on Paharganj...very close to sadar bazar and railway station.on the road...staffs are very cooperative.food quality excellent. safe to stay..

I was going to Bangalore from Gwalior as my father had surgery. My daughter booked at Hotel Anand, which was about 1.6 kms or 20 minutes by walk. On my arrival, the hotel reception greeted with water. They also changed my booked room to nice and quieter room. It was a nice gesture as no one helps other. I thank them as my stay at their property was restful.

It was a nice stay and most importantly walking distance from New Delhi Railway station. Hotel staff were very good, polite and always on time for any purpose. Quality food at the hotel restaurant. Recommended to all.

The hotel was not clean at all, the locks were not working, the doors were broken, the mattress was torn and damaged.

The stay was good, though the location is not something you would look for, but the hotel is well maintained. The ambience is good. The hospitality and cleanliness are also satisfactory. There was only one instance where we informed reception that our room could be cleaned, but they forgot about it. However, they later cleaned it thoroughly, and it was a human error. Would definitely return and recommend others.
