The hotel is very unclean, location is poor. The reception will take your phone and rate 5 without our permission. No restaurant near by, many stray dogs Not suitable for family and females

Room size was too small and there is no cleanliness, it's like suffocating in the room , bathroom was not clean at all , worst room I have ever lived in

The room was pathetic. Linens were stinky and dirty. Washroom was not only filthy and dirty even cockroaches were there in the washroom and in the room also. No mosquito repellent was provided. No towel no hand wash nothing at all was present in the room. No ceiling fan was there. Wall Fans were installed and open electrical wires were lying.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room was extremely unhygienic, full of mold and roaches, with a burnt bathroom exhaust, broken washroom door, and damaged electrical outlets. The property felt unsafe and shady, and it is clearly poorly maintained. Even a short stay to rest before a train is highly unpleasant — I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very good stay..Staffs are cooperative. Near to New Delhi Railway Station. Room space is moderate. Easy to find the hotel nearby road.

The place is good. Reachable from New Delhi station, close to Metro and also connaught place and other tourist destinations. Cost is reasonable.

Stay was good and good service

The room was very small and dirty, the bedsheet was torn, the blanket was stinking, the TV was not working, the image of the room that I saw during make my trip was completely fake.. I was very disappointed that I got such a useless room and hotel at this rate, which I absolutely did not deserve...
