I thought that the rooms shown in the photo of Rachna Hotel would be good because the last room I had booked was Hotel Glow Inn, but it seemed worse than that. There was no LED TV in the room, no white light so that I could do some work, no heater in the washroom, no mug, even if I called to ask for a mug, I would hear it, meaning there was no telephone facility. When I asked them to change the room, they said that the lift was out of order and there was another room, but the one they showed me was also out of order, whose photo I am sharing with you.

This hotel is in terrible condition. The rooms are unhygienic, infested with pests, and appear to have been used before my check-in. The floors and toilets were not cleaned at all. I couldn’t sleep the entire night it was a complete nightmare.
