The property is nice. Newly made and gorgeous. The gym and pool are amazing. The pool should have been temperature controlled as it was super cold. No spa yet. Best stay.

Location of Novotel city centre Delhi is in very congested area, views from the room not pleasant, all bathroom in room was inconveniently designed, no door lock of bathroom caused privacy concerns which is very inconvenient, bar area was overly bright, common with other dining area and over priced menus. Too expensive room, not worth the money at all!!

Sleepless night at Novotel city centre Delhi.

I stayed here from 20th to 21st September and while this is a new property, my experience was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because loud music was playing just outside the hotel. My bed was literally vibrating, and despite repeated complaints, the hotel administration seemed least bothered. The windows are not soundproofed, and the music went on way beyond the permitted limits ,till 1:30 AM, and then started again at 6:30 AM. It was so irritating that I felt like banging my head. this is unacceptable. On top of that, the rooms were quite small for a 5-star category, which added further to the disappointment. The management also failed to coordinate with local authorities to stop the nuisance. I could have understood if Navratri celebrations had started, but they begin only on the 22nd ,so there was absolutely no justification for this disturbance. Bottom line: This is not a 5-star experience by any standards. If a guest’s bed is vibrating from outside music, it clearly shows how poorly the property has been insulated and managed. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

It was great staying at Novotel. Had really good experience. The food and service (including room service ) were exceptionally good and satisfying. The hotel staff was kind too right from receiving guests, at reception area, at restaurant. Very disciplined staff. Smooth process till check out. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. Also, the hotel was located at one of the prime areas I believe making it easy for other tourists or travellers.

Worst experience. First bad experience is at the time of check in. Extremely delayed. And in room dining. I ordered 1 sabji and 1 roti and food came after 50 minutes. There were no anyone to pick call. And next day at breakfast extremely delayed while ordering any item. Staff is very slow and look’s inexperiences. I will not recommend.

Hi I'm Rahul Gupta from New Delhi stayed at the newly launched property from Novotel The service specially the house keeping service was pathetic disgusting Absolutely disappointed never expected this from Novotel The food was also below average specially the deserts etc Though the executive chef Mr Umesh Singh tried his best after hearing from me regarding my complaints I did not find the services of the Hotel satisfactory They should Look into this matter very seriously my experience was very bad overall warm regards
