My experience wasn’t good not recommend this place to anyone who is travelling with family worst experience

The reception guy is an absolute disgust! Doesn’t know how to speak with customers! The room I got, the electric plug were not working and he is arrogantly justifying the pathetic state of the property. It’s a complete no for family stay. Individual stay also not recommended!

Firstly the give me deluxe room ( i booked standard ac room) and they said that after half an hour they changed it to standard but they changed it after 3 hours and disturb our sleep. When we changed the room that room is average. Lights are always on and the buttons are not working

Very bad experience not for family

Overall Stay was good however cleanliness can be better for next time.

No amenities, poor house keeping, the place has a foul odour, and AC not working half the time

online i see good reviews for the hotel so i decided to stay here and get good service and food is also very good

Good services the location was also good and the staff was also good, the room was also clean, good service was given, great experience

1. hotel room very small2. ⁠room is very average.3. ⁠water is not clean in wash room and shower (there is bad smell in water & yellow colour).4. ⁠staffs are normal and corporative.

The room wasn't in good condition and water from geaser is also leaking

Excellent location. Very near to railway station. Amenities are good. Friendly staff. Positive response every time. Always willing to assist even in midnight. They assisted me even at 1:30 am to pick me from kfc centre when we came from agra trip.

It’s a good stay at toronto hotel. Rooms are good. Food is really really good, don’t order anything from outside

Clean room, linen and clean shower. Close to train station and good accessibility to tourist attractions. Had issues with phone line, and ac but hotel sorted it. Found plenty flies flew into room after 2 days of stay, very annoying but can expect such from a hot weather. Hotel service was ok, food was terrible, never order unless desperate. Over all, stay was good and recommended.

They turn ac off every few hours, they don’t turn on hyder unless u ask, you have to call them every few hours to ask them to turn on ac.

The stay was below average, ac was not working properly, water in the bathroom was little bit yellowish i. E. Not up to the mark. The room was not provided as per the booking shown in mmt.

It was okay although very expensive if you want to order anything because they buy from outside so bad quality. I was throwing up after drinking anar juice.
