The Suryaa New Delhi

Hotel is good, not great. Location is ok. Breakfast spread was excellent on all 3 days. Staff is good & courteous. They do take efforts to solve issues and help. Room interiors & bathroom were just about ok. There were no major problems but quite a few small niggles. 1. There was only head shower. No spout, no hand shower. Cutting corners? 2. There was no napkin ring. Had to leave napkins on basin counter. 3. Towel rack was too high. It was difficult if you are not 5'6" at least. 4. There was hardly any place to hang clothes, etc. in bathroom. 5. No plug point near bed. Had to keep cell away somewhere for charging. 6. Towels & napkins always felt cold and recycled. They never felt fresh & washed. Tried changing a couple of times. But same experience. All in all decent experience. I don't mind staying again. But these niggles leave a bit of sour taste.

I recently stayed at this The Suryaa New Delhi and found it to be very comfortable and easy to navigate. There’s no complicated check-in or confusing The Suryaa New Delhi procedures—everything is straightforward and hassle-free, which made my stay relaxing from start to finish. The food served here is especially noteworthy. The portions are generous, so you definitely get good value without any food wastage. It’s clear they focus on quality and quantity, which I really appreciated. One area for improvement would be the air conditioning vents; they could use a thorough cleaning to enhance overall comfort and air quality. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, simplicity, and satisfying meals!

We had an amazing stay at the The Suryaa New Delhi. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a perfect spot. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

The property is definitely in prime location with almost all food and shopping joints nearby. Best area in terms of connectivity with Lajpat Nagar. The condition of room, facilities provided and engagement of staff is really upto the mark. The process time for any order or query is real fast

I stayed for one night only, but the The Suryaa New Delhi is good and reasonable priced, location is also good. Breakfast fast is excellent .
