The Royal Residency Hotel

I WAS NOT GIVEN A ROOM. MY BOOKING WAS DENIED. I paid and reached the hotel and I was denied a room. They stated that they do not give out rooms for bookings made online

Dirty rooms,bathroom not functional,AC not functional ,service is also poor,very old property that is not well maintained

Untidy rooms with dusty floor. Very old utensils and toilet. Bedsheets and pillow covers are as old as the hotel is. It was a nightmare for me one night stay.

Worst experience ever, ac kept trip-pin off, moist room with leech crawling on the floor and bathroom, no water in toilet flush, dampened rooms no ventilation, tv channels not coming up, dirty carpets and towels, floor not mopped

The owner is not cooperating you know why when we go there i show reception mm t booking they refused bcoz they didn't accept low rent from your side then they hold us around 40 minutes on reception is this good. If we are not from high class families they 100 % not give us rooms. What i uploaded. Then i shifted moustache. It is more better than. That. Hell us that

We booked for 3 days, but we had to check out on day 1 only after few hours. Wasted rs 9900. Poor facility with old and dirty facilities.

The room was extremely dirty

no facilities available as promised. no safety and security. toilet facilities and working of flesh was inadequate... full of dust and no cleaning service... daily housekeeping was not at all there.. no servants or services were provided...less staffs... windows and doors were not shut properly... no tv and ac services as told.. very poor conditions.. old building..

I was surprised to experience such a terrible stay. Except the location of this property, there is sadly nothing good i can think of it at the moment. This property looked more like someone’s abundant home with immediate attention needed to completely renovate it. Hotel staff looked more like a roadside dhaba staff including their body language, no one came to pick up the luggage, the room itself has issues like faulty doorknobs, shower, hairdryer not working. And they literally had few items taped to hide the repair it needed.

Unhygienic rooms, foul smell, leaking taps and stuck door in rooms which get locked from outside. Horrible experience, not booking this hotel again.

Can you pols give the customer care number

Delay in my given check-in time and made me wait due to cleaning. No proper hygiene, there was no proper supply of hot water. I had to heat my hot water to have bath in a kettle. And the wifi was not working at all.

Bed old. No ac. No room servisec. Clean no room. Old proprty.

It was very terrible. The room messed up no hot water supply. Towels and bed sheet were stinking

Ambience was very bad, room was dirty dusty, there is no hot water facility in washroom, unhygienic bed

Food is not available with them. Property was too old. Towels were in bad condition.

Only location is good. Rest terrible

They provide me a room full stinky, lock was broken, stains on bed sheet and pillow.

I would request to make my trip that, please remove this hotel from your portal. Hotel staffs are extremely unprofessional. Very dull environment
