It was not good

It was terrible for me to stat there. There was no soap and towel and window. The location is just near the main road but it is noisy due to moving cars and the sound next to room.

I recently stayed at the hotel in New Delhi and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were impressive - clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything arranged neatly. The bed was comfortable, and the calm atmosphere of the room made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff was welcoming and polite especially gungun. throughout my stay, and the check-in and checkout processes were handled without any delay. While I mostly kept to myself, it was nice to know that help was always available whenever needed. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is right in front of a metro station, which makes getting around Delhi extremely convenient. I found it very easy to travel for sightseeing as well as daily commutes without having to worry about traffic. Overall, this hotel offers a great mix of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi, whether for a short stay or a longer trip.

I dont want to give even 1 star to the hotel. The rooms stank of urine, bedsheets had holes in them, floor was not at all clean, washroom stank so bad, toilets were like some public toilet, no water in the toilet flush, no hot water in bathroom, water flow was so slow, everything was rusted . No soap, no towel, no handwas, no tumbler,. Cockroaches running around, walls broken, no phone in room, no kettle. Breakfast was like prison food.. As i could neither use the toilet properly, nor take a bath and stayed hungry my entire stay because of this hotel.

You can think this hotel who don't keep even dustbin, then what kind of level this hotel have.provide good services. No maintenence at all. moving on beds and even in Room and bathroom here and there on all three floors. AC properly not working in most of the rooms. We had booked 3 rooms, and not satisfied in any room. No cleanliness at all, bathroom tiles and floors are broken, No maintenence at all, they don't care even flush coke are not working. Staff behaviour is very arrogant. A Good family should never go to this hotel as undesirable activities going on.
