The property was badly maintained. The AC was leaking and it was mentioned on the MakeMyTrip site that there will be late checkout option available, but even after rooms were empty, the hotel did not allowed late checkout there was serious hygiene. Issue case was not cleaned. Almira were broken. No TV was there.

It was a bad experience the Air conditioning was not working room wasn't cleaned enough although staff was okay but they didn't solve the problem of Air conditioning. We gave to face this problem eventually.

The hotel is located at a far alley, very odd for communication The staff was extremely ill-behaved and creepy, their words were incoherent The condition of the rooms had no similarity to the images shown on website The furniture had stains all over, some of it were ripped and stitched There was no TV The bathroom was unclean as well The hotel seemed shady and no safe for women occupants The hotel staff did not once apologise for the complaints, they just didn't care

Worst experience. The Ac was leaking the whole floor was wet. Bathroom was stinking. Due to so much water leakage the whole room bed felt like moisture. There were so many mosquitoes because of it. The property infrastructure was so good but was so poorly maintained.
