there is no such a hotel named oma kali guest hotel. we have search there many time and the people there told us there is no such hotel and we call the hotel owners they don't pick up the call, don't trust this type of people and from now on we don't trust this app if there any way we can get our money back.

I have been cheated as i was provided only one room in another hotel which was 2km away from the hotel which i booked. Moreover, you are also a part of this fraud. When they refused to provide room in the hotel at such cost which i paid to you, i had to contact with you, but your response was to wait for only 45 minutes where it was risky to wait for one second. So i demand the return of one room rent. Otherwise it will be confirmed that you are partner of this fraud.

Nothing was good in this hotel except staff, bedsheet was full of stain and bath towels as well as also, during stay of 2days 1st day we don't get any amenities.
