It was terrible experience ! Theses guys are fraud they are not coordinated with us poor cleanliness rude unprofessional staff and miss leading advertisement extremely bad experience ! They are showing a totally different picture in the image and it was terrible when we reached there and saw we couldn’t be able to stay at your property ! We had to stay another hotel!! You guys are making people fool by showing different propertie in the image!! We need our refund as soon as possible!!

mosquitos in the room cockroaches in the bathroom unhygienic and dirty bathrooms (almost unusable) wifi wasn't working inside the room properly frequent disconnection room was never cleaned properly despite asking for it multiple times while checking out they asked to open the app and took my phone and tried to rate themselves (which is weird and raises bunch of red flags) one night power failure happened around 10pm fans and ac stopped working and lights were blinking...it took them 4 hours to bring the electrician and once the electrician came it was fixed within 20 mins that should explain their carelessness we had to suffer 4 hours with extreme heat and mosquitos on day 1 there was no water whole day I came here for a chess tournament all I wanted was a normal stay and peace of mind so that I could focus on my games but it was hard to achieve peace of mind while staying there

I had a terrible stay at this property. Despite paying the full amount in advance, I had to wait until 9:30 PM to get a room, even though my check-in time was 12 PM and I reached by 4 PM. The room condition was very poor—there was no water in the bathroom during my 2-day stay. I was asked to use toilets from another room, which were extremely dirty. No room key was provided initially, and only after repeated complaints did they arrange a lock. I’m really surprised by the positive reviews for this place. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
