Seven Seas Hotel

The worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. i booked the hotel for a work shoot and i called them prior to the booking to inform that my photographer will accompany me as a visiote. And when i checked in, they did not allow our DSLR INSIDE THE ROOM. Like what the hell? Its not where mentioned in the policies that a camera is not allowed. Plus the assistant manager was extremely annoying & unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to book this place ever.

Very disappointing stay. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty linen and an overall unhygienic feel. Housekeeping was completely missing — no room cleaning or basic service throughout the stay. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even minimal comfort or cleanliness.

bad smelly rooms, unclean towels, room service doesn't come after calling 10 times,very rude staff, non cooperating.

We had a 2 day stay at seven seas the room was dark and old there was only cable tv. Bathroom glasses were broken and water was leaking to the other side of the washroom but the staff was nice. Breakfast had not much option but the taste was fine. Overall they need to work on the room's maintenance. Gutter water was stored outside of the entrance of the hotel. The staff was cooperative and nice.

it was terrible, wrong information Hot water was not there. it took 2 hours to provide hot water in the bathroom.

room ac not work, tv not working, dinner delivery was about 2 hrs late, night restaurent insist customer to order food hotel outside the hotel, too much mosquitos in room, room smell very bad, staff behavoiur was worst, everything was worst

The team is good but the food causes food poisoning to both me and my wife. I am still recovering from.

hot water was red, very dirty, made a video also. asked the reception team but they were helpless. couldn't have a bath left hotel same way. even they were making issue of renewal of the room as my luggage was in the room and there was delay in rebook. No professional behavior.

Dining was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The restaurant staff were courteous and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience. What truly sets Seven Seas apart is the level of service—whether it was room service, front desk assistance, or simply guidance around the hotel, every staff member displayed professionalism and genuine hospitality. The location in Rohini is convenient, with easy access to the metro, shopping areas, and major attractions, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Overall, my stay was nothing short of excellent. Seven Seas Hotel, Rohini lives up to its reputation for luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay in Delhi. I look forward to returning soon!

Bad service and room is nit working working. Also, electricity problem in the hotel. Food variety is not enough at current price.

it was one of the greatest experience with such beautiful hotel room ..washroom .. very neat and clean breakfast buffet delicious food. staff @reception @restraunt all r very helpful and polite I definitely will stay here again whenever I visit Delhi

Super third class hotel person on reception is very rude to talk u had booked a room for one of my client and I had to visit to meet them ...hotel refused to meet they don't allow guests but they allow guests whom they wish to really very bad experience

Staff knocking the door unnecessary asking for Laundary there is no privacy for customer there is telephone in room still staff knock the door asking any help sir

It was wonderful experience to create memories at Seven Seas, beautiful attire, view, delicious food & very cooperative staff, enjoyable vacation.

The cleanliness around the hotel, especially the surrounding area, was also not up to the mark. Another concern was that the main door closes very quickly; I complained multiple times, but no action was taken. These issues definitely need improvement for a better guest experience. The stay was just okay. One major issue was the presence of too many mosquitoes – even during breakfast and inside the room, which made it uncomfortable.
