very horrible, owner is not available on spot, no hospitality given. toilet and bathroom conditions are horrible no care taker present. bed rolls are dirty and reused bedsheets are spreading. pl remove this hotel from your list.

This is not a hotel, it's like a PG with self service.

The owner was rude and used abusive language. Owner forced us to vacate around 6:30 am in the morning despite of 10 am being the check out timing. There was no water, bed sheets had stains, no towels no soap nothing. When we checked in at night there was no electricity we weighed 10-15 for light. You should not register such stays!

On reaching hotel i was told room was not available. I had paid advance booking but amount not yet refunded.

Hotel service is poor. Bad behaviour. Dont book

In-built hot ac is not there, for which you have to pay separately, 500 inr as told by the owner

Had a pathetic stay!for more than 2k which i spent via mm t didn't even provide basic amenities like drinking water, towel provided was dirty. And toilet was not cleaned. Room service was bad!

1. Food : average but overpriced. Even after telling them that don't put chilly in the food, as it is for kid, the sabzi was spicy & i found a red chilly in it. My daughter didn't eat it. The cost of thalli having rice, daal, one sabzi, curd & 2 roti was rs. 250. 2. Safety & privacy : some other customer wanted to see the rooms before booking it, so the owner called me & requested me to do so. Even after telling her that my daughter is sleeping & i am also sleeping, so i don't want to get disturbed, she sent the caretaker & he kept knocking on the door & again requested me to allow the stranger to see the room. Finally i had to allow the stranger to come inside the room. This was really pathetic. 3. Hygiene : the cover of the cushion (brown colour)on the bed was not changed. When i highlighted this, they told that we don't change cover of the cushion. So i asked them to remove the cushions. 4. Service : 2 bottles of mineral water was complimentary with the room, but even after several reminders i got the bottle after 3 hrs of check in. That too, they gave chilled bottle. When i asked them for normal bottle, they told me, that i will have to wait for 45 mins to get normal temperature bottle. 5. Payment : they don't have swipe machine, so i couldn't pay by credit card. They only accept cash, up i or account transfer. 6. Security : there is no security guard at the premises. Even the care taker(mr. Manish) is not always present at the property. There is one old guy for house keeping, he only manages the property. At the time of my check out, i was told that the care taker has gone to noida, so i handed the keys to the house keeping guy. 7. Eating area: the table inside the room is very very small. It is very difficult to have meals by keeping food on that table. They give plastic reusable glasses for drinking water, which i found very unhygienic.

First of all, the owner is inexperienced and attitude towards covering the wrong thing just like she provide you used blanket (Rajai) with the full-off smell. When you asked for a clean so she said already put it in front of the sun no need to wash. This is unacceptable. Also, provide used soap in packing. Also not providing wifi, air conditioner, parking, and other amenities.
