The room was full of fungus smell and the curtains weren’t working and the reception staff was kind of rude And this doesn’t work in hospitality business

The room had a metal strip on the bathroom floor which was sticking out as a result i got cut on my leg . Should have been repaired by the hotel staff before check in.

The hotel , room and service was excellent. The washroom can be cleaned better, especially the basin. Otherwise wonderful experience

Best not to raise your expectations compare to the roseate in Delhi because this is just an average Aerocity hotel with super average breakfast. The omelettes we ordered were pretty bad; credit where it’s due- service is really good, but the rest just doesn't deliver on your expectations. The pool isn't maintained in the best way. Poor space utilisation in the premium room.. mattress quality is ok ok.

I have stayed at this hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel. although all the girls at Aerocity is on the higher quality but this is more fancy property as per me. I also liked the Indian restaurant Kheer this property. Please stay without any worry.

it was a good stay. the dinner buffet had a huge variety. Breakfast also had good variety but would be good to have more indian dishes and more live counters. The bathroom is problematic slightly, the bathtub water flows into the room which is not at all a good experience.

The bed was too low & the mattress wasn't comfortable. The rooms were too dark even sofa mattress was too soft to sit & relaxing

I have not used this as have not booked this stay for that I have already the complaint but till today no reply

Superb Location in the heart of aerocity just besides worldmark. Ambience is top notch. such a relaxing vibe and feel. Room design is none like any other hotel, absolutely stunning. Hospitality and Food is icing on the cake. Moneys worth!

I stayed in Roseate House for a staycation along with my family and was simply amazed by the overall experience. Room with all its amenities was fantastic and the food at Del restaurant was awesome. Best part of the stay was the breakfast, which included various cuisines and the hospitality of the staff was really very special. I would recommend everyone to have a stay in the Roseate House Aerocity for the ultimate hospitality experience.

location is awesome. food is good. but food suggestion during ordering the food could have been better. washroom is weird. not suitable for corporates specially when sharing room.

The stay was average since the property has just hyped although staff was very humble and kind hearted but still 15000 is way more expensive for this property you can get even better experience within 10-12k

I booked the premium room of the hotel which includes bath tub, but when i filled the bathtub it was yellow , i tried again some problem occured, than i called reception they sent the mechanic after which yellow water coming from every tap pf bathroom after that they changed our room and upgraded our room but aftersome time in that room water leakage starting from A.C vents. It was disturbing whole night.

The service was good. People were nice, but there was a confusion so I had booked from MakeMyTrip for room, but now they're saying it was not there, but they didn't say it on the first day. In fact, I had my breakfast first day comp breakfast. So today the second day, they actually told that it's not done. This is some really confusion that they have created. Then I called the support team. They say no sir. There was nothing include then why did you not ask me to pay the first time then they must be confusion from my end, so I ended up paying for no problem to pay, but this is not good right so they asked for one day I paid for both days because that according to you guys, I should be paying for both ended, this is not something that I like.

My room was allotted to someone else to check in around 2 AM in the night. It was shocking to see someone walk in while I was asleep. As terrible as it could get

The room is aromatic and feels soo fresh the bathroom is also spacious and love the jacuzzi, if we talk about food I ordered chilli paneer was delicious and fresh view from my window towards road was amazing and pool is on 6 th floor so good to relax and view is great
