My stay at The Park was fantastic! The location is truly central and made exploring the city very convenient. The food, especially the breakfast spread, was absolutely delicious and had great variety. Our room was immaculate, and the facilities like the pool and lounge were excellent. I have stayed at multiple Park Hotels and several 5-7 star hotels across India and abroad, but my recent experience at The Park, Connaught Place, New Delhi, was the worst. At check-in, there was no sense of hospitality. I had booked and prepaid for a Luxury Room but found it far too small and uncomfortable, with even the bed size inadequate. After raising my concerns—especially needing more space for practical reasons like managing a turban—I was shifted to another room. Though slightly bigger, it was worn-out, poorly maintained, and felt like a 2-star property rather than a reputed 5-star. The bathroom was old and cramped with only a top shower, broken switches, stained walls, and outdated interiors. The ambience carried negative vibes, far from luxury. This was my most disappointing stay with The Park brand. I regret booking here and would not recommend it for business travelers—overpriced, below standard, poor in comfort, cleanliness and professionalis

The staff was not well aligned, too much communication gap, the reception staff gave the same key of my room to another person. And after that the whole staff keeps on ringing even after putting the DND mode. And 1 female staff was even wanted to click my picture while checking in. And saying that she had to send the picture of checked in guest to the GM. Overall pathetic experience

We requested twin bed room and the condition of that room is very terrible .. this is my fourth time stay at this properity and never expected this....theres no door on the bathroom only a curtain with kids its a very akwared situation ... and the shower nob and the head shower is leaking and the worst part is while having bath the water on the floor reached the outer lobby... EVEN THE STAFF WATCHED THAT...... The last stay as i am a gold member of accor group and also ITC HOTEL CHAIN .... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE .. not recomended

The Park hotel standard has fallen drastically, they doesn't even know that in there washroom they're no class door, but still they're providing that same room to guest's 604. At a high price of 25k ridiculous, steam rice portion with 3 portion boil aluu and 2 portions of boil veg charges 6300. Is this what they're standard. Shameful behaviour
