small rooms. not proper plumbing at the washroom. third class ac. no windows to rooms. very dirty passage. worst experience of hotel and MMT booking of hotel

excellent location with basic amenities. I did not try the food there . All the toiletries were not in the room.

Stay was excellent. Staff services are exceptional. Location is prime and easily accessible.

On the app THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL and not up to the mark. Food was also okay okay. The lock opening system was horrible I needed to visit reception again and again for keys

4-7-Aug-25; choked bathroom; false commitment on desk for changing the room from no window/ view to a room with a view; OVERCHARGING of food bill of making payment for such overcharged bill. On detection of mistakes, . However, one good thing about the hotel is GOOD FOOD

Poor room lighting, geyser not functional, the personnel refuses to serve RO water for drinking and would force you to buy bottled water only. Lack of communication between the staff leading to wrong billing of items that were not even consumed by me during my stay.

Hotel Connaught Royale, the property is value for money, with excellent location and within 5-7 mins walk from CP on one side and Bengali Market on other side. The area is calm and peaceful. The food quality is good and buffet breakfast is also good. The behaviours of Mr. RSSandhu the Front Desk Executive is too good. Overall good experience.

Perfect location. At the center of Delhi Easy to move around and good connectivity. Good rooms and service. Courteous staff.

please note this property is not for family business travelers. The sell rooms to unmarried couple or other people ( I hope u understand what I mean) and It's pathetic that like a city in Delhi such things still take place. my pledge to MMT is please do not recommend such places. We had a terrible experience that one night.

This is a very own ill maintained hotel with poor service. Room service and reception is very unprofessional and uncaring. Had to struggle with basic facilities like hot water , towels etc. Not at all worth for the price , the only good thing is location which can never compensate the horrible service

I'm not a picky traveller. But if you offer just enough, you get average reviews from me. Few things to improve: 1. Staff can be more friendly, train be to service oriented 2. Provide clothes hangers in your closet 3. Provide hand towels. Not just one bath towel a day. 4. Build a ramp for luggage from gate to front office.
