All time favourite this hotel in Delhi as for best service by staff from front desk mr.arpit for best room and mr Anil in restaurant gave us best service with delicious food.... and mr. Akhil 14th floor staff incharge gave us best service and he attended personally for feedback in check out time... all over happy stay in this hotel

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. The hotel strikes the right balance between elegance and functionality, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff showing genuine courtesy and attentiveness. My room was well-appointed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with modern amenities that made the stay pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful sleep after long days, and the housekeeping staff maintained everything impeccably.

Property is in good location near metro and well maintained

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Delhi from 9th to 10th September. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room and amenities matched the standard expected from a 5-star property. However, I did notice some issues with maintenance and cleanliness. The corridor AC was not working, which made it uncomfortably hot while moving to and from the room. In the washroom, there were flies — something that generally happens when cleaning is not done thoroughly or consistently, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness felt average and did not reflect the high standards usually associated with a 5-star hotel. In short, while the room and facilities were good, the maintenance and cleanliness need improvement to truly match the 5-star experience.

The staff is polite, good maintenance of the property, good rooms. Food was average, room for improvement in that area.

Location and infrastructure is Excellent . Food and ambience very good. Staff especially banquet is very accommodating

it is really nice property. Room was also very neat n clean. The quality of amenities was also very nice. The ambience of property was very nice n pleasant. As it was short trip We felt to stay more days and enjoy.

good hotel and amnities. good staff. location was also good . everything was good but the turn off was i had booked a king bed room but had to settle for a twin bed room.

our experience in this hotel is terrible .stay for 1 night with our 2 infants and we all got bad bugs 🪲 and mite infection from there. I don't recommend this to anyone

The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained.The beds were incredibly comfortable.The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.The breakfast spread was delicious, and the restaurant offered a great selection.The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and very comfortable. A lovely and great first impression of the hotel.

Always choice this hotel for best service.... I ordered mushroom pizza in room and really very delicious... thanks to chef for yummy food as breakfast variety was superb and service at restaurant staff really appreciated.... all over best service and good room
