Customer care was not picking my call so initially it was difficult to contact the Collection O The Crystal Palace. and find location but when i reached there it was a good Collection O The Crystal Palace. and hospitality, room service, cleanliness was also good. They tired 2-3 remote of t. V. But couldn't manage to operate it. This is the only disappointment. Overall good experience
