Super Townhouse MG Road Near Commercial Street

Hotel was good.. very near to commercial street.. hygiene was not upto the mark.. service would have been more better.. early morning reception lady was yelling at someone.. my sleep was disturbed...

Ok so i stayed in this so called super townhouse mg road from 10th July to 13th July . Most horrific days ever spent at the hotel 1. On the time of check in my friend (both of us are female and very much straight) came to meet me at the hotel, the guy at the reception refused to let her come to the room. 2. Since I checked at night after meeting my friend i went to sleep. In the morning I noticed the glass of the bathroom window was broken and the next building balcony was right out of the window 3. The towel provided was torn 4. Room was dirty 5. Wifi was almost dead 6. Inter com doesn't work, the number provided to contact management has never been answered coz boys are busy gossiping. 7. Breakfast was provided from the hotel as if they are doing charity for breakfast i literally had to fight with them 8. Sucha wonderful location ruined by useless staff. They are good for nothing 9. I'm 100% sure all the 4-5 star reviews are fake 10. If u are staying here u need to have a lot of patience Horrible stay ever

I recently stayed in the deluxe room with AC at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The room was not only clean and comfortable but also exuded high-quality furnishings. The location is great to be around. On the app they show booking with breakfast but no facilities for breakfast. Employees are well behaved but the bathroom sink and seat were broken and untidy.

Location of the property is excellent, close to metro stations and shopping area like commercial street. but breakfast is not from a dedicated kitchen, they out source it. They don't provide a plate . Other than that it's good

No cleanliness, ac sounding like a motor whole night, black dirt coming out of ac, no hot water, staff is irresponsible and rude, Completely a total waste of your money and please don’t even think about staying here

Very good and clean hotel. Reception team is also supportive. There are many places to eat nearby all are walkable distance and it’s very near to Commercial Street .

It's a fraud! place is dirty, lights are defective, rooms are suffocating and most importantly washroom is very very bad. I checked out after 15mins of reaching the place.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The moment you step into the room, you're hit with an unbearable smell that makes it impossible to stay. The floors and bed are filthy, and the lack of basic cleanliness is shocking. To make matters worse, the manager is extremely rude, casually blasting songs on his mobile at full volume, completely ignoring any sense of professionalism. We couldn’t stand it for more than two hours before checking out. If you face any issues, don’t expect help—there's minimal staff, zero response to complaints, and not even a telephone in the room for assistance. The whole place feels neglected and abandoned. If you're looking for a rundown, haunted vibe, this is the perfect pick—but if not, stay far away!

Firstly to find this property was a big headache. Entry to the property is from another shop to the second floor. Dirty passages. Overall not a worth hotel to stay at this price.

The staff is very good. Check in experience is super. There are many good places to eat nearby All are walkable. A very beautiful place

Needless to say my luggage was taken from my hand and delivered to my room.The rooms are amazing. Everything is clean. Especially the bathroom. The staff speaks so sweetly. We got everything we requested on time. Honestly the staff is very good. The managers are very good one of them is a lady. What we were for marketing I asked the manager where we can get good clothes Two managers told us about such a good location Those locations were amazing. A very good area for marketing.

i used to stay in this hotel for one day. but to be honest, the service was excellent. and the room also looks good. it's foor for couples and also for family.i will recommend this hotel for both crowds

Well maintained rooms recommended all locations is very nice easy access to all locations. Well trained staff
