Terrible Stay
Room Has Strange Smell , Room service is not good , staff not coperative, a short guy in his mid 40s or 50s ( at breakfast section in ground floor - he receives guest based on how they are dressed , how much rich they look) ... If u fail to look rich , he serves u like labours.. although I paid for my 4 night stay... They gave me a iron box, which was completely ruined one , burnt my shirt.

Average Stay
Location of this property is good . The staff is the negative . The reception was left unattended at 8am morning for almost 15mins . Also the room service was not as per expectation. I was looking for a early morning tea and for 30mins no one received the call !! Finally I had to go down to give my order . The staff lacked hospitality .

An average hotel that is worn out.
The hotel was not as good as a 4 star property as advertised by MMT. The hotel is worn out. Rooms, key cards etc looks like there are in use since ages. The complimentary breakfast has very limited variety. Therefore if you are looking for a good 4 star hotel, you can skip this.

The stay was okay overall, but there were several areas that need improvement. The food quality was quite poor – not much variety and the taste was below expectations. There weren’t many options available either, which was disappointing. The AC in the room didn’t cool properly, and the TV had very few working channels. Basic toiletries were either missing or of low quality, which made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. Staff was polite and the location was decent, but the hotel definitely needs to work on its amenities and services to provide a better guest experience.
