Very bad experience. I don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel. The reception service was not good the staff were not helpful. Overall, very poor management.

Booked hotel at marad. When we reached there thwt said there was no room. Then they directed me to their other property in kakkanad. It was atrocious. In the room, there was some banned products like sambhu and all. Tolitet was not clean. Water in red color. Name is crystal suits and there no no facility for a local lodge. Totally it was atrocious.

Near highway side, easily accessible. Stars are really good. Very neat and beautiful rooms for this price range, really worth it. One of the finest stays in the town, give it a try
