Average Breakfast and average room. Booked for a superior room with King bed but was given a twin bed as had asked for early checkin

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a bad experience in terms of overall cleanliness of the rooms and access to facilities. We had to skip the breakfast as the staff refused to make room for us in the restaurant. Also the room had broken cupboards and frames.

The location is good. Close to North Railway station but still a calm place. Service was good. Rooms were spacious but rest rooms are small in size. Buffet was good and you will like it if you are from South India. Overall good stay.

very good staff and neat room

this is the fourth time I am staying at the Sidra pristine hotel. Complimentary breakfast is good. Rooms in the second floor seems better. This time I stayed in the third floor room, which had an unpleasant odour. Earlier three stays were in the second floor, which had a better appearance and maintenance. It will be better if the front desk male staff also have a pleasing nature.

Overall, a pleasant stay with minor issues, breakfast menu very limited, bathroom entry not level which is risky for kids

The standard room was average quality specially bathroom, the pool and breakfast was good 😊, have to improve the front office staff services.

Over all experience was really nice only once the room cleaning was delayed but they managed it well rooms staffs everything was good nice friendly staffs .really liked the stay .

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the North Railway Station, which makes it easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth, and the front office staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property is quite old and requires better maintenance. The lift appeared outdated and was not very clean. Our room’s key lock was damaged, and the bathroom was extremely small. While the bed and linens were clean, the overall room condition could have been improved. One surprising drawback was the absence of a dental kit, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels. The swimming pool is very small and seems more suitable for photographs rather than an actual swim. In summary, the staff were courteous and supportive, but the property itself needs significant upkeep and modernization to match the impression created by the photographs.

Location is great and very close to public transport and eateries . Staff was polite and trained break fast was good but looks like they refrigerate food for next day if not consumed on the day when the food is cooked . House keeping to be improved a lot as not provided with dental kit daily for all the days we stayed and room cleaning has to be reminded
