I had reserved a Premium Room with the expectation of a balcony and other specific premium amenities. I was provided with a different room that did not meet this specification. While the alternative room was comfortable and the overall experience was acceptable, the room downgrade was disappointing. It wasn't what I paid for.

Newly built property in the heart of the City, just walking distance from JLN stadium Metro station. Nice facilities, polite staff and good food. Only issue is the space is a little cramped, but they have tried to make the best out of the available space.

Great stay at q white crescent!

I had a great stay at q white crescent by dimora in kochi. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, close to places like lulu mall and marine drive, which made it easy to get around. The food was also good and reasonably priced. They had a nice variety of dishes and the quality was good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure everything went smoothly and were quick to assist whenever i needed anything. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kochi. It's clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money.
