Good accessible location near to north railway station. Very cordial and friendly staff, neat and clean, only problem I found is AC cooling is very less and only warm lights available.

Hotel neat and clean but at this price and 3 star tag there is a lack of basic amenities like handwash, shampoo, body wash even if they put only one water bottle for 2 sharing rooms. It's not worth it, if you cannot find a hotel then only u can book this one.

Property location was good but the cleanliness was terrible. Poor maintenance of bathroom and always stinks.

Romm is not clean. Bad smell. Toilet is very terrible. They must think of a renovations. I will never stay in this hotel for ever.

Hotel location is very convenient but neat and clean is not above the level ,avarage near only also dust in the rooms except that avarage stay is oky , especially just for transfer travellers also budget friendly

The room provided was average and lacked basic amenities such as bath towels, which was quite disappointing. Although the package included breakfast, it turned out to be a major letdown. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

There was a terrible stay here, bathroom has got stinking smell, dental kit and towell provided only on demand. On the breakfast they they served only idlies and wada with cold sambar and chutney. On breakfast there was no other breakfast item of choice was available. No staff to serve.

What I appreciated most was the peaceful garden view and the quiet atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked great, and the room had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked minibar. Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with both local and international options. The hotel is also conveniently located close to restaurants and public transport. Special thanks to the front desk staff who went out of their way to help me arrange airport transportation. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Hotel Garden Inn to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.

room was good, but toilet, bath area is very congested and do not have any stationaries and bathroom was wet when checked in. also for TV, if you need to watch it you need luck. TV doesn't work usually.

“Not Even Worth a Single Star – Avoid at All Costs!” I booked this hotel based on the 3-star rating listed on MakeMyTrip, expecting at least basic cleanliness and service. What I got instead was an experience worse than a budget roadside lodge. Honestly, calling this a “hotel” is an insult to even the most modest lodges I’ve stayed in before. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was shocked. The first thing I noticed? No clean towels. Not even used towels – just nothing at all. There was no soap, no hand wash, nothing in the bathroom except a broken tap and a stained bucket. When I called housekeeping, no one came for hours. Eventually, I went down to the reception and the staff casually said, “I don’t know about that.” No apology. No assistance. Just complete disinterest. The bed linen was disgusting – full of stains that looked very questionable. When I pointed this out to the staff, again I got the same response: “I don’t know about it.” Not even an offer to change the sheets. It was clear that no one had cleaned the room properly before my check-in. The room smelled musty and damp. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the windows hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months. Even the fan had a thick layer of dust – I sneezed every few minutes while inside. The bathroom floor was wet when I arrived, and it stayed that way, thanks to a leaking pipe that no one bothered to fix. Calling this a 3-star property is outright misleading. I’ve stayed in local guest houses that were better maintained and offered far more basic courtesy and cleanliness. The service was non-existent, the rooms were filthy, and the staff didn’t seem to care about anything. If you’re considering booking this hotel because of its MakeMyTrip listing – DON’T. Simply reached the location town railway station to room just three minutes walk. Room neat and clean.

Terrible bed sheets has holes, bathroom was very dirty when i ask housekeeping to clean he said he is not going to do they are only 2 cleaner for whole hotel they have other stuff to do.

Property location is good. Cleanliness average. No air fresheners in toilet. Hot water supply is poor. Staff behaviour ok. No facilities for car drivers.

the hotel room was very worst. lights were not functioning poor customer response no running hot water lots of bugs and mosquitoes in the room worst situation of taps no restaurant but they will manage the free complimentary breakfast by getting it from outside or road side eateries do u this is this really good option to stay for in a city like cochin i doubt definitely not a correct one to recommend

Rooms were not clean and tidy. It was smelling very bad. No maintenance being done i guess. Not recommended
