Hotel Abad Plaza

the hotel charged me 18 percent GST for dinner served. where as they should have charged only 5 percent.

Prime location, excellent stay, excellent service, excellent food, excellent service by Miss Sajimol..

Excellent hotel, clean and well maintained. The staffs were all friendly. The food was excellent! For Family and Solo Travellers this hotel is the best at reasonable rent.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities, including pool was well-kept and added to the overall experience. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The location is just in the main area and has 2 restaurants. The konkon cafe serves exotic authentic delectable gourmet to satiate gusto. The stay is comfortable and the staff are very courteous. Overall it is a very good experience.

rooms are too old and doors are not getting close. floor tiles are getting detached. Seems to be not worth of staying. Even they don't have the option for a kettle with few coffee/ tea bags. Great place to stay. checkin was quick and hassel free. Room was very neat and clean with all the required amenities and toiletries. Laundry service was quick and efficient. Room service was quick in bringing the food. The food was tasty and apt quantity. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good. Staff all over is very curtious and pleasant. Check out and billing was also quick. Thanks for making my stay comfortable and accommodative.

Good location & food excellent our family enjoyed, also spa was good, hotel staff was very well mannered and cooperative. Only issue was the bathroom floor was slippery and shiny and no anti slip on the floor, i had a slip in bathroom, got injured. If floor had anti slip sticker this will greatly helpful. Rest family enjoyed

I recently stayed at ABAD PLAZA, and while the accommodation and front desk staff were fairly average, my experience was significantly bad by an unpleasant interaction with the restaurant manager. During one of my meals, I faced a situation that was handled very poorly. For a simple miscommunication, restaurant manager responded in a rude manner, which left a very negative impression. As a guest, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially from senior staff. Such behavior is not acceptable in the hospitality industry and completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training, especially in customer interaction and conflict resolution. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would think twice before returning or recommending this hotel to others.

I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi.miss Krishna priya , table service was exceptional.Dinner was exceptional with live music on karaoke.

If you want to experience the life of a Fort Kochi resident, Brunton boatyard is the perfect place to stay....the view of the ferry day-long is to watch for...the hotel also has very good cycles and you can cycle around in fort kochi and visit all the historical and interesting places . You can also take an auto ride to take you to all places in about 3 hours...brunton boatyard hospitality is very good. The food is world class. If you like walking around, fort kochi is the right place. If you really like quiet time and are disturbed by the sounds of the boats and ferry, then brunton boatyard is not for you.

The stay was excellent. Neat room and washroom. Enough toiletries. Well maintained. The breakfast spread was also nice.

My stay at Abad Plaza was excellent. The place is centrally located, within walking distance of MG road metro station, rooms were comfortable and well furnished, staff were friendly, the food in the restaurant was good.

Property located at mg road very near to railway station and all amenities can be found nearby. Parking facility available and food was good too.. Property is located by the main road side. Staff was very friendly and courteous too.
