They denied me check in the booked room. they give me another room. the room is quite good. but cleanliness is average. The washroom cleanliness is also average. parking area is very very limited. car parking is very difficult. In the checkout time I didn't find anyone.

I booked the same place for the second time only because of the good experience i had the first time. To tell honestly im very disappointed. I received a call in the morning for confirmation and once i reached the location, it was as if im being made a joker. I showed them my booking confirmation and yet they dont believe and was hesitant to give room. I had booked the room with kitchenette facility. As i went upto my room. There was a distinct stench of rotten food. I checked the shelf and saw the stale food. I reported this to the caretaker and he was behaving rudely. I requested for a room change and he said to cancel the room. It specifically mentioned no refund and he argues il get refund. Then changed the room and till check out they were behaving badly. Upon check out they demanded to provide a screenshot of the booking. I specifically booked ahead and they say i havnt booked for the two days. If you want to id say never book this place. Its being run by two guys who are very impolite and rude

The room lacked cleanliness, smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. The pillow covers were not clean either. Overall the cleanliness of the place could be a lot better.

It's a nice and comfortable stay, but when I try to check out no proper receptionists are there so we have to wait more than 30 minutes still no one came and later he called and told us we could leave. Reception must be properly functioned.
