Palm Grove Service Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi

The location is very good, walking distance from the metro station and Lulu mall, non AC room is not good, but Ac room is satisfactory, i shifted from non AC to Ac in one night, lots of mosquitoes in the surrounding area

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambience was very pleasant — quiet and calm, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Location is very convenient to reach, close to Edappally metro station. Greenish and lush campus with long verandas and rooms overlook plants and trees. In the middle of Ernakulam, it’s an utter surprise to have this.

hotel is approached area but service and service person's are not available that property,rooms is most worst maintain dirty smell ,we never visit again,

the hospitality was too notch. I got double room and it was spacious and had to two beds

We had a frustrating experience when it came to getting access to our room. After a long journey with kids, we expected a quicker response, but room service took a long time to let us in. This caused unnecessary stress as our children were exhausted. Definitely something to be improved.

I recently stayed at Palm Grove Service Villa and was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. My partner and I had booked for two days but were only able to check in after the first day. We arrived at 4:30 PM, already feeling like we'd missed out. The next day, we were late for checkout due to exhaustion, and the staff's response was unacceptable. Instead of a polite reminder, they knocked on the door and shouted at us, which was extremely unprofessional. The in-charge should review their staff's behavior and improve their customer service training. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Been visiting palm grove for the last 10 years . Seen significant degradation of late . Over all hygiene levels has come off . Bed bugs were there which made sleeping a nightmare. Also blankets given were not washed for quite some time .
