Propertys location was easy to find out. Facilities were very good, services and other things also. Only the small problem is car parking area. Other than this all were good

Ac cooling was good. Mini fridge , kettle was available. But washroom had some bad smell. And room Floor felt sticky when feet is wet.

its a very good hotel near to lulu mall which offers spacious and clean rooms with all the requirements anenities including a mini fridge in the room ... its budget friendly and is just 500 metres away from the lulu mall.. perfect for family and bachelors .. recommended

My stay was really good. The room was quite big and it had all the amenities.. one suggestion from my end is.. even though i stayed there for 3 days . No cleaning of the room was done.. moreover you could have provided with better toiletries.. but overall it was a good experience staying there . In future I would prefer staying there if I come to kochi the next time. Thanks

The room which we stayed in at Shams Inn was close to Lulu and other food spots but the bathroom tiles were not in good condition and the room floor was dirty with sand residues. With the amount paid, there are few other hotels in the same lane/ nearby and accessible which is in neat condition

The room was dusty and the blanket was too old. Airconditioner and the ceiling fan makes lot of noise. Complete floor was sticky. And no city view. Its just a view of next building's staircase.
