There is no hot water in wash room.no exhaust fan inside bathroom.no tea kettle in room

Visited the hotel for one night, just a few hours stay. Still the stairs were dirty and the room bedsheets did not look fresh. The impression was compounded on seeing a cockroach escape on the side of the bed. One positive is that I got hot water after 8 am in the morning. The reception person's attitude was pleasant and realistic. He gave an iron box when requested in the morning. What will keep me from returning is the cleanliness not being up to expectations.

Room full of cockroaches and no maintenance. Service is very poor and WiFi is not getting connected.

The tv does not work. Everything was covered in dust including bed. Even the door handle was bad not fully functional. Three floors still no lift. Not worth the price

had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed sheets had stains, and the bathroom smelled bad. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there were insects in the room. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for clean towels, but they never brought them. The food in the restaurant was cold and tasteless. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly either. For the price I paid, this place was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Hot water not available. Broken tap and switch boards. no kettle or tea sachets provided. No ventilation in Rooms. fungus was there on room walls. They don't have any restaurant. Complimentary Breakfast was provided in room but the quantity and quality was very low. overall overpriced as per their room.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Kochi Crown, where poor hygiene made our stay unbearable. Shortly after lying on the bed, I developed severe skin itching and rashes, indicating that the bedding was unclean and poorly maintained. The discomfort was so intense that we couldn’t sleep and were forced to check out in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our plans. I would strongly advise against staying here if cleanliness and comfort are priorities for you.

I was charged nearly 5k per night - probably because of year-end rush. The quality of the property and service is not worth even half of this money. The rooms and bathrooms are shabby and ridden with mold, without any natural light or circulation. I am apprehensive that they had not even given fresh bedsheets and towels. I was away for work for most of the time, but on the second day, even after instructing the helper to change the sheets and towels, they weren’t changed. I was promised that they can arrange for a vehicle that i can pay to get dropped to the airport early morning, and when it came to it, i found they can arrange only an autorickshaw. Finally, the hotel doesn’t have any basic facilities such as tea/coffee kettle, wifi or even a restaurant close where you can have your meals. Should you need to book this hotel, keep your expectations really low.

Good neat and clean. For this price its not worth. Spacious room & lifit is not there. Kochi crown is one of the best host for the guest visiting kochi, kerala.

The accommodations are basic with few amenities, yet enough for a lone person. I arrived at midnight, and the staff was quite helpful in handling the problem. Asked for and received an iron box
