Yet another great property by Taj. Great Service, Warm Welcoming by the staff. Rooms are well maintained, beautiful, stayed in Airport view rooms and was amazing . The rooftop Pan-asian restaurant was outstanding and the staff especially, the guy from Nepal( Amar I hope the name is correct ) was amazing in connecting with us, wonderful non-alcoholic drinks were served with good suggestions. The fact that whole property does not have alcohol, wine or beer is really disappointing. A taj property without serving alcohol was never expected. It would be a great gesture if the notice was given at the time of check-in or in rooms so that we would not have had a very disappointing start to our wonderful dinner. Apart from that, all the services offered were amazing and definitely it is the best Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala to stay for the travelers coming from Cochin Airport. They promptly helped with milk for our baby at odd hours without any hesitation — something that made a huge difference to us. Every additional request we made, whether it was baby-related or otherwise, was met with genuine care and efficiency. The cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property were impeccable, and it gave us peace of mind as we navigated our stay with a little one. I have never seen such a warm welcome on your arrival in any Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala/resort even it is a five star property. The staff were so polite and friendly that you never feel you don’t know them. They leave no stone unturned to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The room was very clean and well maintained. The view from the room was awesome. The food was very delicious. They offered dal kichidi for our 9 month old daughter which she really loved. The service was prompt. Would definitely book a room again whenever I go to Cochin.

I had a wonderful stay at the Taj yesterday. Everything about the experience was excellent – from the warm welcome to the comfortable ambiance. The service staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional hospitality and courteous behavior. They were attentive, polite, and ensured every detail was taken care of.

It's a quick walk from the airport which is the best part of the Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and staff is couteous. They are quite new so a lot amenities like spa, shopping etc still need to come up to its full extent. But overall a wonderful place

The check in at the Taj Cochin International Airport, Kerala was seamless with upgrading the room on request. The morning spread was excellent and the staff were extremely courteous. My wife had an important video call which had to be made, and after check-in, they made the provision for the call.

I decided to choose taj for my 1st anniversary and it was worth it. The guys were kind enough to set the bed and also the service was world class. In my package i had choosen buffet and the food and the guys who were serving all just top notch. For sure i would be returning

Very nice and peaceful place for staying. Delicious food and good service . Room is nice and clean. Bathroom is clean and comfortable with all the things. Bed is comfortable and clean and well maintained. Swimming pool is clean and big enough to accommodate .
