Blizz Regency

The location of the stay is in a prime spot even though there is no such rush or chaos. The facilities in the hotel was clean and proper and the reception was also great. Satisfied with this booking

The room was so neat and clean. Room service was excellent and we ordered food and it was delivered on time.we got 24*7 room service.they provide extra water bottles and they provide coffee maker and coffee making items.the TV,AC and wifi were in good condition.

We booked deluxe ac room in make my trip. But the receptionist gave us classic room and told that this is deluxe room. He cheated. Also there is less cooling for AC and there is water leakage from AC.

good ambience, nice interiors, clean toilets, there is no nearest restaurants, so u can depend swiggy or zomato

nice stay.. good ambience neat and clean interiors.. neat bathroom.. one bad thing is there is no nearest restaurants.. so we can only depend swiggy or zomato for food. Location and parking are too good. location was superb they can make better adding any restaurants in their premises.. washroom is very neat and clean

Everything was fine except the fact that nobody was attending the phone call at reception after midnight. Also, no dental kit was available. Room and bathroom were clean.

Our stay was quite good overall. However, the room size did not meet our expectations. The property itself is well-suited for both families and couples, offering a pleasant atmosphere. That said, there were a few issues — the TV was not functioning properly, and the AC remote wasn’t working. Taking everything into account, I would rate this property 7 out of 10

nice, second time our stay here, we came for an interview. we got offer letter too, we had a pleasant stay.. calm atmosphere and really friendly staff.. thanks guys, pls keep up consistency

Good property and good coustomer service neat and clean room, bed and washroom

We checked in late at night with my wife and 2-year-old kid, only to find the room in an absolutely horrible state. While the bed was set, the rest of the room was filthy — food waste left on the table and sofa, dirty water, random dirty clothes, and overall zero cleanliness. How can any staff member with basic eyesight miss such an obvious mess? This shows not just carelessness but complete negligence in maintaining hygiene. It was very disturbing and unsafe, especially since we had a small child with us. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone expecting even minimum cleanliness.

Our stay was pleasant overall. We had a small room change issue, but it was quickly rectified, and the room was comfortable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful, which made our experience enjoyable.

The room was clean and neat, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with a few things. We booked a queen bed, but we got two single beds instead. Also, we were two people but received only one towel, and there was no toothbrush provided in the room. These small things made the experience less comfortable. The hotel has potential, but I hope they improve their service and provide the amenities they promise during booking.

located in calm area, nice service and its just a normal hotel room, anyway worth for it's price. don't expect more

Blizz Regency was great! The room was very clean. I have severe dust allergy and I had a comfortable stay there. Will book again!
