We were quite disappointed with our stay. We had booked a deluxe room based on the pictures provided, expecting a sea-facing balcony. Unfortunately, the room had neither a balcony nor a window view, and it was much smaller than anticipated. To add to the disappointment, breakfast—which was included in the price—was denied due to late booking. Overall, the experience did not match our expectations.

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, My parents and the kids had a great time. The highlight was the private beach and the easy access to Cherai Beach, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Cafeterias and other restaurants are located nearby, adding to the convenience. The best part was the breakfast – fresh coffee/tea, milk arranged for the kids, and delicious hot puttu with kadala curry. Overall, the very clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, and excellent facilities made our stay truly memorable.

Overall a very good experience. Room: 5 out of 5 (room is neat and tidy. The entire room has a view of an outside view with a glass window. ) Service: 5 out of 5 (we stayed with one year old kid. They are very helpful and we felt like home) Internet: 4 out of 5 (network is not good. wifi is also not very good) Location: 5 out of 5 (Hotel is located on the sea shore with a private beach. Preferred location if someone enjoys sea view. City is around 30km from here)

Me and my wife had a great stay at this property. Its located right at beach that can be accessed through a rear gate. The rooms are lake facing or sea facing with balcony. Neat and clean rooms with large windows to njoy the views. very nice washrooms. Food is arranged on a preorder basis. There are also ample number eataries and reataurants arround. Highly recommended for holidaying at Cherai beach.

Location is perfect. There is no in-house restaurant, but there are so many in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and everything especially hospitality, is great. Its a humble place with decent stay right on the beach.

Great location, has a private beach with the sound of waves coming to your room directly The other view is of the backwaters, really beautiful The room is a bit small but good enough for 2 people, Martin at the reception doesn’t understand hindi/english but will keep smiling and service you at his best I had the best idli of my life there for breakfast, when they ask what you want for breakfast- just say ‘idli’
