While it rains hotel room and common balcony was getting wet. No toiletries or proper towels were being given. When I complained about geyser not working no further reaction from the hotel. Not even door mats were arranged in the room whole room were feeling dusty for the same reason. It was more like a regular lodge than a hotel but the price charged was very high. One good thing was the excellent sea view it had.

It is an old property. No hot water, no tv, poor air-conditioning. Walk way to the room was so smelly. Bathroom was in poor condition. Overall the building was in poor maintenance. Regret booking the room. Will never go back again

The stay was not that good. We booked this resort by seeing a you tube review. But when we see the place in person it is not what we are expecting. Completely disappointed. No kettle. No tea coffee. We have to order in swiggy for tea coffee. All the charging points are not working except one. Only one thing good thing is we can easily access the beach. Otherwise there is nothing. We booked a deluxe ac room, that is the highly chargeable room but it looks very bad.

Smelly, dirty and completely horrible. Ac didn’t even work, mosquitoes and stinky bathrooms. Omg! didn’t even try breakfast. If they even spend some money and clean, this can be a great place. Not for family.

The worst stay ever. Never even think about this hotel to stay. Broken taps, dusty fans, foul smell, no help, the bed and the bedsheets pill-low covers never cleaned in its life time. 1 booked through makemytrip for 2 rooms at a very high price. Completely destroyed our trip. A frequent traveller like me had never faced such an experience. Then the breakfast. They asked us to wait till 10 am for breakfast. Usually every where breakfast is served 7. 30 or 8 onwards. I want makemytrip trip also stop hosting such hotels. We expect some level of honesty and professionilism from you too.

Location wise this place is a good spot but the hospitality of the hotel is very pathetic. We booked a 3pax bed room but the hotel refuses to provide an extra bed and gave a lame answer that they don't have to policy to provide extra bed for 3 pax room and further when insisted to provide they say they are out of availablity. Worst behavioral people.

Poor washroom broken taps n water is not coming properly and shower was also not working. And it cost 4 star price also 3. 7k

Location is good. Staff behavior is good. The property is very poorly maintained n shabby. Ac not in good condition. No hot water. Mosquito infested n dirty rooms n washrooms.

They have no idea about receiving booking. The kept on asking me about the payment several times. I had to keep on showing them payment history. It was very disturbing. Room was very dusty. Bed sheet was not clean. Good thing is, beach is easy to access. Bar is good. Breakfast is good.

I stayed with my family and in-laws for a night and the entire experience was really horrible. Ruined the complete vacation. The rooms were sea facing in ground floor. The approach to the rooms were going around the building with gas cylinders scattered on the way and next to the garbage room. The foul smell from the garbage was unbearable. The a/c inside room was working but not effective at all and water was dripping below the a/c making floor wet. Bedsheets had some stains on it. Restaurant was in shabby condition with old and worn out furniture. Nobody was coming except few noisy bachelors and random local young couple looking for privacy. Not a place for decent families to stay. We didn't eat from the restaurant and all meals had from outside except next day morning breakfast which was complimentary. We asked for a change of room and was shifted to first floor rooms after few hours after calling the owner of the homestay. Still the water was coming very slow in the above room. One of the room was not locking from outside, staff tried their best also brought someone to help but couldn't fix it. Hence one of us had to sit in the room when others went the beach. Staff had no clue, initially resistant to help but later on started helping once we called the owner. Staff helped to move us above floor and tried to fix the issues in the rooms and they were courteous. Good part about the property is its beach facing and has a great view of the sea from first floor. Hence approach to beach is excellent as gate opens to beach. They served idly sambar, chutney and coffee as morning breakfast which was very tasty. Overall very shabbily maintained property and not recommended for stay.

Very very very very bad and terrible experience. This is the bad stay i ever made in my entire life. Not worthy for a single penny.

If you looking for stay at beach then it is best place. Nice restaurent serving chilled beer and good food.

Staffs are very nice and food is limited menu

Good staff. Very good location for beach lovers. Staff made it easy to stay at remote location. Special l appreciation to mr uni manager of the resort and his staff.
