Peaceful and excellent customer service

Bad experience.Dirty pool, no water pressure for shower.No coffee and fruit in breakfast.

Room was not clean, water coming from AC to the room. We have already selected breakfast facility and paid amount for that, but resort staff are not interested to provide and they are telling normally they will provide breakfast for only family customers and will not provide for bachelors. After the issue reporting to the owner and MakeMyTrip customer care, breakfast was given but quality was very poor. Atmosphere of the place is good except that money is wasted as per the room facility’s.

I Vista ed with my wife, awesome experience lovely place I ever seen, super place, good service and food, I will come again with my friends, overall good experience lovely place to live in Cochin.

In spite of awesome location and backwater view from the room, this is definitely a big no. We were the only couple on staying in the resort. One of the 2 rooms on the 1st floor with a common balcony for lake view. As per our enquiry there were no other booking for the room next to ours. But to our absolute horror, at 9pm, 5 men had come to the first floor to the room next. Me and my partner were shell shocked (by luck we just did wind up sitting in the balcony for the view and went in the room which again was of glass door). For the next 2 hrs was nothing less than a nightmare. My hubby asked me to stay locked in the restroom while he was sitting in the room hoping for no untoward incident. No way to complain because the sole caretaker of the resort was part of the 5 men The entire awesome experience of the view sunrise sunset etc was marred by lack of security. BIG NO.

It's located around 15km from Ernakulam town. But it's been properly marked in google map. So there is absolutely no hassle in finding the resort. But if you don't own a vehicle, don't even think about reaching the place. There is private buses to this place but not often. The major plus about the resort is its closeness to the lake and the ambience it provides. Rooms are clean. But the overall, area they could have maintained well. Regarding food, it's tasty but is very costly. If you have any option do not take food from here at any cost. But unfortunately there are no other good hotels nearby.

It is an excellent option for Bachelor party. Pros: 1) Good Ambience. 2) Swimming pool. 3) Excellent rooms. 3 people can easily stay in one room.. Cons: 1) No nearby shops. We have to go little distance to buy something.. 2) Only one person is there for all the service.. Overall we enjoyed stay :)

I only love the hospitality they provided and the view from my room, overlooking the chinese fishing nets and lake. The toilet was quite dirty. The room was a bit dusty and bed was broken. The place is a bit far from the city and the , main attractions. Approx 30 minutes but its good for those who want quiet place and nice view.

It's an awesome must visit place. Safe and friendly place for family and couples. Food items are quite limited however, it's a relaxation away from city life. If you are looking for a place just inside the city but away from the actual city noise and pollution, visit here.

I had a very bad experience in Lake symphony resort. Room was pathetic and untidy. Only one staff was running the business. I was shocked after entering the room. Lizards were roaming all around the bed, Bedsheet was dirty, moreover, there was no supply of water. I did the advance booking and called at reception so many times before arrival. But it seems like they were not interested in doing my welcome. It was like I was cursed to stay in that hotel. I have never experienced such a third class stay in any of the resort/hotel before. I will never recommend anyone to go there and make his/her time miserable. No words to explain how pathetic and awful experience it was. :( :(

The Resort is far off from the city. When you reach the resort you feel totally tired and a bit unsecured as it is in a aloof place. In total, just 3 cottages in the resort. The rooms are in very good condition. The view is fantastic. You will feel as if you are floating on a lake. Virtually, no provision for food. we spent night eating maggi. Sun rise view from the room was fantastic. Its a night place if you are travelling in a group but not alone. Gardens are decently maintained.

The resort and hotel was lovely. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track so a little difficult to find - even the cab driver had a problem locating the resort. Very attentive staff, friendly and helpful. Local food was great as was the resort food itself. Fresh food, fruit and fish. Lots to do and see in local area. We would recommend this resort, especially for young couples.
