Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Alfred Place Heritage Home, Fort Kochi. The location is perfect ...everything is close by and easily walkable. The service felt very personalised and warm throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with some great local Kerala dishes that we really enjoyed. Special thanks to manager George, Finitha and Ajit. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

What made it really nice is the garden and its small pool. It's well maintained and a pleasure to lounge in. The "historical room" falls short with very little historical about it. It was right off the lobby and we could hear all the chatting from the staff due to poor acoustics. The bathroom is modern and equipped with the smallest geyser they could find which means little to no hot water unless you shower withim one minute. What a disappointment. The old cupboard was unusable as covered in mold inside. The bed was confortable. The room had AC (which needed maintenance). The staff was friendly and attentive. We only had breakfast which was sub-par. Better to try the many cafes nearby. Overall the common areas are well kept and it looks premium but falls short on a few important things that would really make it premium. Rate was about rs5500/night.

I had a great time at Alfred place. it is nicely maintained place with great support staff. Ashiq provided us prompt meals, and made baby friendly food whenever needed. Josit helped with room facilities. George was very cooperative, helped us with onward trip also. Property is good for family, great value for money.

Very Good in house restaurant, reasonable range of menu at reasonable price, very friendly staffs. Location is very close to main attraction at fort kochi, can cover beach and water metro station by max 10 minutes walk. Good rooms and good atmosphere for both families and friends.

The property is located in the centre of Fort Kochi and all the main attractions are nearby. The staff is super super friendly making you feel like home. They made out food experience unforgettable by not only preparing the most delicious authentic dishes but also waiting to see our expresssions on having it. The room faculties could have been better like the geyser temperature and the shower facility. Having said that the facilities and property is well maintained and I highly recommend

The water supply is very poor, it comes out very slowly from the tap, and room service is not available 24/7. It is too expensive to stay here without any proper facilities.

Rooms were well maintained and clean. Suitable for family and friends. All hotel staffs and very kind, friendly and ensure that we have a very pleasant stay. Hotel staffs and Manager suggested places to visit and even helped with a better route to visit tourist attractions. Buffet food had 2 main course, egg options, bread, welcome drink, tea/coffee, food tasted pretty good. I personally felt the Ala carte menu was over priced.

Alfred place in kochi is a beautiful stay near fort kochi and its a must visit. The hosts were very warm and the food is very very good. Good rooms for a very good budget. Alfred place also provided us with chauffeur service and its pilot was shahnawas who is really helpful and has a very clean car. He helped us travel the kochi monuments and explained us the history
