I stayed for a day at hotel Prayana, a beautiful hotel with necessary comfort, clean, friendly staff, and good hospitality. Food was excellent and near to both railway stations.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room description mentioned many amenities like toiletries, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron board, and more — but none of them were provided. Only the bathroom and two water bottles were there. Totally not as shown or promised. Poor experience and not worth the money

Convenient Stay Opposite the Station” Prayana Hotel is right across from the railway station, making it very convenient for short stays or catching an early train. Rooms are simple, clean, and come with the basic facilities you’d need. It’s not fancy, but comfortable enough for a night’s rest. Do check on hot water if you need it early in the morning.

We have been regular customers since 2020. Ever since the stay gave us a horrible experience. We were booked for Deluxe rooms but the room 209 which was assigned for us was not cleaned. We found dirty bed sheets, In addition to this we got previous customers underwear beneath the blanket, The worst experience we had ever. we asked the reception to clean the room but no body cleaned. I felt the whole team were careless and less honest to their duty. The toilets were dirty as well. During check out we shared all this with the receptionists. so from here onwards we won't come to Prayana any more.
