Room is terrible. Smelling so bad. And hallway is filled with alcohol bottles and smells really badly of it. Also bathroom exhaust is not working.

We booked this stay just for keeping luggage and night stay, it was average stay. Small room, mosquitoes bit all night, because of poor net. Lazy staff of young boys who aren’t interested. Hot water given through kettle for bath.

The overall condition of the room is highly unsatisfactory. There is *no proper water facility*, which makes it very difficult to manage basic needs. Additionally, *no bedsheet was provided*, and the cleanliness of the room is below standard. The room appears poorly maintained, with dust and dirt visible in corners and on surfaces. The washroom is not clean, and there is a lack of essential supplies like towels, soap, or drinking water. For someone expecting a minimum standard of comfort and hygiene, this experience has been quite disappointing. Immediate action is requested to improve these basic facilities.

Hotel staff were friendly and hospitality was great. Access to marine drive was great. Location was good and near to VFS global centre. Looking forward to stay again.

Property is centrally located and very easy to access. Rooms and toilets are clean for this budget. Only advice is travel with own materials such as soap, towel etc., Most of the time staffs are engaged with their own mobile phones, There is no intercom to contact reception, lift is also too slow for clean room and location, you can opt here for stay

Not recommended for Families or couples.. Property looks decent from outside,but when you enter inside you will know it's real face... Panparag's and ciggerate s bad smell were there from reception area onwards, It's kind a lodge type service with unprofessional STAFFS.. I was pre paid otherwise we will not stay there paid 1600/- for this cheap service which would be not worthy more than rs.800/- ...Room was not cleaned well...hairs, dust,waste was on the bed sheet..We complaint about that..they informed it was cleaned already...and we asked for room change, they gave another room which was ok than this ..but in that room Ac was not working, hot water was not available, we didn't complaint bcs , atleast we can use the bed better than previous...I was very pathetic the whole services and we only was there for a 5-6hrs for rest and fresh n up..Toylet and room both v.conjested...Still worried about the safety side...Only the plus point is it's location..but you will get another good properties in this budget... atleast a better service or good mannered staffs

Worst experience, the room was nothing like the photos. Not clean, very small room, felt very congested. I traveled with my mom, she was saying she found insects in her rooms. Very bad services. Very poor hospitality. Please don't book here
