Power and water issues...

I dont know how make my trip approvs such properties,. Inscets, worma in washroom,. Bed sheets was like not washed for months. The moment i saw the room, i just walked out ,,i didnt stay there And i requested make my trip to refund money, no response on that too

I booked a MakeMyTrip holiday home stay for 4 days after paying in advance, solely based on the clean bathrooms, spacious room, hall, and balcony shown in the MMT listing. What I actually saw on arrival was shocking – a filthy, stinking room with a broken cot, trash and waste everywhere, sticky dirty floors, and an overall unhygienic environment. The so-called property owner was never present. When I called to ask about the promised facilities, they rudely said “stay if you want” and denied everything that was shown on MMT. Later, they abused me over the phone and behaved in a completely threatening. To make things worse, I never even checked in, yet MMT has not refunded a single rupee till now. Their customer support was absolutely pathetic, siding with the property instead of helping a genuine customer. This entire experience was nothing but a scam. MMT shows fake pictures, takes advance payment, and then washes their hands off when the customer is cheated. ⚠️ Warning: Do NOT trust the glossy photos shown on MakeMyTrip. The reality is the opposite. MMT has completely lost credibility – I will never use their platform again.

I already informed them 2 hours before the check in time and confirmed it was 12pm, When we went there no one was there. Called customer care and they had arranged another one,where we checked in after 2hrs of waiting and phone calls & a 8km extra travelling.
