I had really pleasant stay here. The room was clean specious and the bed was very comfortable.I especially appreciated the friendly staff and how quick they were to help with any requirement. Welcomed me straight from cab, helped me with my luggage Served welcome drink along with CheckIn procedure and headed to room Staff explained the facilities available and it's timings. Room was in green, gold, warm, brown shades. Also explained A-Z inside the room (switches, communication numbers, room services, snacks and beverages, temperature control etc) Room had inbuilt a/c temperature controller and it was easy to use, as I got instructions. Writing table with lamp. Fridge with some types of beverages that cost if used. Some snacks with cost. Electric kettle neatly plugged with tea/coffee/sugar/whitner neatly placed in tray with cups and glasses. Wardrobe with locker facilities. Luggage stand. Long mirror. Flat TV. Window table and chair with facial tissue box. Good bed and pillows nice lighting. Thick curtain no light disturbance. Bathroom had a separate bath area with closed separator, spacious washarea and toilet. Had hairdryer, inbuilt touch light on mirror, inbuilt Soap, shampoo, face Towel, under storage area, tissue, antislip grey tiles, with warm lighting and warm water. Had a light room food service like tea and French fries.. delivered fast and neatly packed.. signed the billed and said like can be paid during check out and was asked to place outside room after having. No unwanted door bells and knocks. Nice sleep Excellent breakfast buffet(idli,Dosa,chutneys,sambar,Aloo Paratha, Dal, Puttur, kadala, boiled egg, omelet, bread, pancakes, honey, butter, cornflakes, milk, juice, fruitcuts, tea/coffee) very nice table arrangements and friendly staffs, baby cots and babychairs,very nice washroom with kid washbasin. Uber is available, nearby bakery, restaurants, medicals, hospitals, transportation, everything, well maintained surrounding with security gate, Lobby has a cafe. All the department staffs are helpful and friendly, free wifi available, Check-out was also easy.
