The staff were exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, whether it was room service, directions, or just a warm smile.

Good location and decent, clean rooms. Very bad (almost absent) service. Most of the time there is no staff in the hotel at all. There is no way to reach them by phone either, they don't answer calls. The complementary breakfast was not provided, although the order was taken the previous night in very great detail. Housekeeping requests were declined. Even during checkout, there was no one at the reception, so I just walked out.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. No issues were faced by us during our stay at the hotel.

I had stayed at Arameca Boutique earlier and had a good experience, but this time was very disappointing. The rooms were very small, the place felt poorly maintained, and the lift was in terrible condition with stains and dirt visible. The bathrooms were unclean and even had what looked like fungal patches. The additional bed provided was also uncomfortable. Overall, what was once a beautiful place has now lost its charm due to lack of maintenance. Definitely not worth the experience.

The property was subpar and lacked even the basic amenities, the staff were the worst, who had no courtesy they made us wait for our room and did not even ask to sit, there is no kitchen services so food had to be ordered from outside. elevator broke down. nobody except one or two understand proper english.. overall an Unpleasant stay and would not recommend for single ladies or families.

All round it's good but pillow were not good and there is no dustbin cover, and in toilet earworm i found. So i found little uncomfortable

This was a good property with respect to the price and location. Even though parking space is limited, we can manage it by parking on the road side. Stayed here as a group with 2 rooms. Overall a good experience.

I recently stayed here with my 8-month-old child, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The extra bed provided was placed near a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. The ac was barely working and leaked yellow water onto the bed. Additionally, the bathroom was problematic: the flush tank was not operational, so we had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. The towel rod was loose and nearly fell off, and the towels provided were stained and not up to standard. Overall, the issues with the room and amenities significantly impacted our comfort and convenience. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests
