Not a good place to stay!!!!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The room was very small and looked completely compressed, with furniture and amenities cramped together in a way that made it uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay in. It also fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Several essential amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made the stay unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I stayed for two days, and shockingly, for one entire day there was no hot water available in the washroom. The bathroom door was also so poorly maintained that it was extremely difficult to open and close—at times requiring two people just to manage it. At the reception, there were two female staff members—one slimmer and the other chubby girl. Unfortunately, she was particularly unfriendly, and dismissive, showing no interest in assisting guests or addressing concerns. This left a very negative impression of the service. Adding to the disappointment, the online pictures portray the hotel as luxurious, but the reality was entirely different. On top of that, the location was inconvenient and uncomfortable, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful, mind-free stay. What makes this even more concerning is that I have stayed at other hotels nearby in the same price range, and those experiences were far better in terms of room quality, service, cleanliness, and overall value. Compared to them, this hotel is well below acceptable standards. In my opinion, this hotel does not provide value for money, fails to meet even basic expectations, and should be avoided until serious improvements are made. I would rate it 1/10, and I will never choose this hotel again in my life.

Ac's remote is not functioning properly, there is no hot water , also they didn't provide buckets in bathroom . We have to call each and everytime asking for the things then only they use to provide us. Totally disappointed booking a room with such a cost on this pathetic service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kings Empire Ernakulam near Town railway station. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure. The location was walkable distance to Ernakulam town railway station . It has convenient parking, everything was well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The value for money was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.
