Cochin Legacy Vyttila

Cochin Legacy was once known for its grandeur and charisma. But now it has become a sorry state of affairs therein. Restaurant and the Pool lobby have been taken out. Food and service have become pathetic. i had to request for a change in the given room after multiple attempts to repair the AC and the TV by the staff

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a waste of time and money. I had booked the room and the experience turned out to be nothing like what was shown

Hotel listed the amenities but didn’t provide like swimming pool is closed, restaurant is closed they said you can swiggy or zomato your food, laundry is not available room service pathetic even light cuts during night and will have to telephonically call the reception to turn on generator

Property location is goood, however staff is not concerned about the guest, mattresses was not goood.

The location is really good, however the services are absolutely poor, no reception staff, service staffs are not trained, no amenities working, no proper linens, we can feel the old legacy but now that remains a story no proper breakfast was served, breakfast was served in the rooms without any options, a lodge like feeling not worth for money

Room was nice but don't have tower bolt to lock from inside. Staff was nice.It feels more like a lodge than a 3 star hotel. Food was really bad

Bad experience. Toilet was not in proper condition and leaks were there. AC was found in bad state and power cuts were there

1) Mosquitoes & bugs could not let us sleep. 2) This hotel staff was not serving food in restaurant area, but in hotel room. 3) Food quality was not so good, rather just Ok 4) Hotel mgmt staff was not friendly 5) Beds & room environment was very smelly & bed bugs were painful

My stay at this hotel is terrible. Bad smell is everywhere, taps not working, swimming pool not working, breakfast not available and what not. Don’t book this hotel, if you don’t want to waste your money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Legacy, and the experience was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its seamless service and great atmosphere.

I had a good experience at cochin Legacy. The breakfast can be improved . although the staff was very helpful

The rooms are average. But the hotel didn't maintain the pipes and other. No hote water. Fully a avarage feel. Not worth in my amount

I booked a deluxe room for a 1 day stay at hotel on 28 sept 2024. But the hotel owner of legacy vytilla cochin changed my hotel room and gave me a small room which was used by sweeper worker i complained to owner please changed my hotel room but he refused to change. It was worst experience for me to stay at legacy vytilla cochin.

It was a good and pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. Staff behavior was appreciable. Thanks for the service

No hot water. Breakfast booked with room not buffet. Simple breakfast supplied in room. Not up to the standard they are charging.

Everything was fine, the way they arranged the interiors were awesome and good hospitality from the employees

it is waste of money .a useless they say there is swimming pool and restaurants.but there is nothing in the hotel .and in bathroom there is no heater a worst experience
