Reached the property at 10 pm, totally unfriendly atmosphere and people, no parking slot available. Asked for an alternative arrangement, but the person was arguing that there is no offer of parking in MMT. I created another booking scenario in MMT for a later date and shown him the parking written in amenities section. Finally, I was asked to park the car half on the road and half in the footpath.
