stay was good ,check in and check-out were smooth without any delays overall ,had a good experience

Rooms are ok a bit old rooms needs upgrade for the price the rooms were kept neet an clean 5 out of 5 for ther clean rooms

the property was very conveniently located near the ER south railway station and also very near to the town hall metro station. as the area is populated it is not at all a problem for anybody to check in even in the middle of the night. staff are courteous. property is old but will maintained. bathroom fixtures are well cleaned, though the walls needed a scrubbing. hot water was available.

It was a pleasent experience. And all arrangements were fine. Location is very close to railway and metro stations and check in processs was also quick. Altogether, it was fine.And the room was neat. And had a very pleasent stay.

They received us not much professionally. After submit the ID thwy just gave the key. That's it. Not mentioned anything about the facilities they have even not told about the restaurant they have. So i concluded they don't have Restaurant and Buy the food from outside. It's not a User Friendly hotel.

Me and my famiky was stayed last month, when i checked the rooms and facilities then i noticed the washroom was not cleaned, we complaint against that and oke person came to check, i was wondered about his replay, he said that "this is like this, we already cleaned etc. Etc. I said okay and you can go. This was the first problem that i faced. Then the second one their bedsheet was not cleaned some red marks seen all over the bedsheet. I dint complained that because the first time we already insulted, because of that we changed the hotel the same day night.

Very close to ernakulam south(junction) station barely 100 m. Quick check in. Rooms are clean. Simple and good breafast.

Good property very close to railway station and metro station. The helpful nature of the staff was strikingly pleasant and welcome. Food quality is high and price is moderate. The toiletry supply was not rich enough, but functionally minimum. The location, food, and helpful staff are three merits that prompt me to recommend this property to my colleagues and friends. Wifi, intercom, room service etc. Were service ready and with prompt attention. But, tv channel options were limited. Certainly i would like to stay again with family.

The hotel is located very near to errs and has quick access to the city. Hotel staff service was on time and food served was good
